Exchange/Return Policy

We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. Before every package leaves our facility, it is carefully checked by our fulfillment team. Claims for damaged goods or any packaging errors need to be emailed to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery.

Opening Packages

Please open your packages with care, and do NOT cut open your package with scissors. We will not accept the return of an item that was damaged when opening the package.

Eligibility

NO RETURNS: We do not accept returns, however, to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging that it was received.  Exchange request must be received within 3 business days for a store credit or exchange of receiving your order. No exchanges will be accepted after 3 days. POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.  ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE GRANTED UNLESS ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET:

  • The hang tag is in tact

  • No perfume/febreze scent

  • No rips, cuts, or tears in the fabric

  • No stains on the garment

We handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All returns are processed for a store credit of the purchase price of the item/s exclusive of original shipping charges. All shipping fees are excluded from merchandise credit should the customer choose to return an item.

RETURN SHIPPING is the Responsibility of the customer.

 

Proof of Purchase:

Exchanges/Returns  must be accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Only one time exchange per order.

Items paid with store credit will only be exchange once.

Sale items

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, ALL BLACK FRIDAY SALES ARE FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. IF THE PRICE IS REDUCED FROM ITS ORIGINAL PRICE THEN IT IS CONSIDERED SALE ITEM AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGE.

Order Changes and Cancellations: An order can only be changed or cancelled within 24hrs of it being placed and as long as it has not been shipped.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order.
