General Shipping Policies

  • All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days (excl. weekends, holidays) after receiving payment via Paypal/Shopify Payments, regardless of shipping method. To be clear, this means selecting overnight shipping does not ensure you will receive it the next day, rather overnight from when it is shipped, which will be no later than 3 business days.

  • Accurate shipping and delivery information is required to ensure timely receipt of merchandise.

  • Please note that orders will be particularly delayed during the launch of a new collection, restock of sold out items, and/or during sale periods.

  • Please note: StylzLoft does not deliver to hotels.


We ship through USPS,UPS, and  DHL

  • You will be notified of any delays in shipping. Please note, that delays may arise during national holidays.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Receipt of returned merchandise is not guaranteed.   

International Shipping:

  • Your shipping times depend on the shipping carrier and option you choose at checkout. 
  • We are unable to track packages in international territories.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped. 
  • We do not take responsibility for duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery.
